This inspection report concerns a registration investigation on 8 July 2025 at childminder Jager-Gramsma at Humilitasstraat 50 in Leeuwarden, under the auspices of childminder agency GoMatch. The inspection took place as part of 'Streng aan de Poort' (Strict at the Gate), whereby the municipality of Leeuwarden requires a thorough investigation before a childminder may begin. The childminder currently cares for 2 children (aged 6 and 8) and is registered for 6 childcare places. All assessed inspection items were found satisfactory: registration, pedagogical climate, suitability of the childminder (Care and Welfare Assistant Level 2 diploma and valid first aid certificate), accommodation and layout, safety and health. No children were present during the visit, so the pedagogical policy could not be observed in practice. The risk assessment was adequately completed. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
