Welcome to Jacinta, our daycare center located at Viveslaan 3 in Breda. We are part of Kober childcare, a reliable organization with years of experience in providing professional care for children aged 0 to 4 years. At Jacinta, we believe it's important that every child has the space to develop at their own pace. We keep parents informed daily about all the fun moments and developments of their child through our Parent App. This way, as a parent, you stay involved in your child's day even when you're not physically present. Our location offers a safe and familiar environment where children can play, discover and grow. We have a spacious outdoor playground where children can play to their heart's content and explore the outside world.

Summary
GGD West-Brabant conducted an unannounced follow-up inspection on 1 September 2025 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Jacinta (Kober B.V.) in Breda. The inspection was prompted by violations identified on 10 June 2025: two permanent teachers/classroom assistants from the toddler/preschool group were missing from the Childcare Personnel Register (PRK) and had begun working before the required statutory link with the provider had been established. The municipality of Breda imposed recovery obligations (policy, action plan, controls) and threatened an order subject to a penalty. Prior to the re-inspection, the provider submitted the requested documents on 31 July 2025; both employees have since been registered and linked (18 June and 18 July 2025). The inspector has now determined that all measures have been sufficiently implemented and that statutory requirements are being met. No new violations or areas for improvement remain. The municipality is advised not to apply enforcement.
