This follow-up inspection at after-school care (BSO) IKEC De Zevensprong in Hoorn focused on a previously identified violation in the area of pedagogical policy. During the November 2025 inspection, it was found that school teachers used the base group rooms as a through-route during BSO care hours, disrupting children during their play. At that time, the location manager failed to ensure that operations were in accordance with the pedagogical policy. This unannounced follow-up inspection in March 2026 found that the provider has taken sufficient measures. Agreements with the school are now being properly observed, and the location manager ensures implementation of the pedagogical policy in practice. The violation has thus been resolved.
