Summary
On 16 April 2026, the Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an incidental inspection at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Hoera Panningen, Kc De Riet in Panningen. The inspection was prompted by the operator's request to expand the number of childcare places from 16 to 74, due to the occupation of a newly built premises. The daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) is part of Hoera Kindercentra and is located in a shared building with primary school FavoRIET. The inspection assessed the change request on three components: general quality conditions and compliance, pedagogical climate, and accommodation. All components meet the legal requirements. The facility has five separate core group rooms, sufficient indoor and outdoor play areas, nine bedrooms, and a shared activity room. The layout of some rooms was not yet fully completed, but the intended layout was assessed as safe and appropriate. The outdoor play area is being designed as challenging with various play elements.
