About this care
KDV Hoera Ell is a small-scale daycare centre located in the heart of Ell. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. Since 1 August 2013, we have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 220667913. Our daycare is part of Stichting Hoera kindercentra, a reliable organisation based in Panningen.
We offer pre-school education (VE), which helps your child develop language, numeracy and social skills through play. This preparation for primary school takes place in a safe, homely environment where every child is given space to grow at their own pace. Our pedagogical staff closely monitor each child’s development and tailor activities to individual needs.
Thanks to our small scale, we know every child and every parent personally. We believe it is important that you, as a parent, remain involved in your child’s development. Therefore, we keep you informed regularly and discuss progress together. Summary
KDV Hoera Ell is a small-scale daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) in Ell with 16 places, located in a school building with after-school care (BSO) and a library. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection of 29 September 2025 shows that the location meets all legal requirements. The pedagogical climate is positive: children experience emotional safety through structure and routines, are playfully challenged in their development, and learn social skills. The facility works with the recognized VVE program Uk & Puk, offers 960 hours of preschool education, and deploys a pedagogical policy officer for quality enhancement. All staff members are properly trained, speak Dutch with the children, and have a mentoring role. Safety and health are well arranged, including first aid knowledge and backup supervision. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The advice to the municipality is to take no enforcement action.
