De GGD inspecteerde op 12 februari 2024 de gastouderopvang van Anouck van Voorst in Nieuwleusen. De locatie biedt opvang aan maximaal 6 kinderen (0-4 jaar) en is aangesloten bij drie gastouderbureaus. Over het algemeen voldoet de opvang goed aan de wettelijke eisen. De gastouder werkt met een vast dagritme, biedt een warme en veilige omgeving, en heeft voldoende speelmateriaal voor verschillende leeftijden. Er was eén overtreding: de buitenspeelruimte was niet veilig. De ruimte was niet omheind, er lagen gevaarlijke voorwerpen zoals roestig staal en scherp riet, en kinderen konden vrij de openbare weg bereiken. De gastouder kreeg een herstelaanbod met een termijn tot 18 maart 2024. Op die datum is gecontroleerd dat de buitenruimte netjes is omheind en veilig is. De overtreding is dus hersteld. De GGD adviseert de gemeente Dalfsen geen handhavend optreden.
