Kroostopvang offers tailor-made childminding (gastouderopvang) for children from 0 to 13 years. This small-scale form of childcare is flexible with regard to start and end times and care days. A childminder (gastouder) looks after a maximum of 6 children in her own home, creating a homely and personal atmosphere. We propose a childminder who matches your parenting wishes, with you making the final choice. The government contributes to the costs via childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag), which can amount to approximately 90% of the costs.

Kroostopvang offers childminding (gastouderopvang) in the provinces of Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland and Utrecht. Our service area includes the regions of Haarlemmermeer, Velsen and Haarlem, Kaag & Braassem, the Bollenstreek, Rijn- en Duinstreek, Leiden and surrounding municipalities, Leidsche Rijn, Vleuten and De Meern. We have childminders in various cities and villages spread across these regions.

Kroostopvang is a recognised registered childminding agency (gastouderbureau) that complies with the Childcare Act (Wet kinderopvang). We carry out annual risk assessments to evaluate the home and surroundings for safety and hygiene. The municipal health service (GGD) inspector carries out regular inspections, the reports of which are available online. We are affiliated with the industry association Kinderopvang and work with a parent committee. Our childminders have a Certificate of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag) and a first aid certificate for children.
