This inspection report concerns an annual investigation of the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Schuilenburg Kars in Deventer. The care takes place in the host parent's home at Salomonszegel 23 and is registered for 6 childcare places. The host parent works with two host parent agencies: Bij de Hand and Hét Gastouderbureau. During the unannounced visit, three children were present. The inspection evaluated all domains: general conditions, pedagogical climate, requirements for the host parent, accommodation, and safety and health. All areas met the legal requirements. The host parent holds the correct diplomas, first aid certificate and certificate of conduct (verklaring omtrent het gedrag). There was a relaxed atmosphere in which the children were adequately supervised. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
