Are you looking for homely, small-scale childcare with a familiar face, or do you need flexible drop-off and pick-up times? Dichtbij gastouderbureau mediates and advises on childcare for your child with a childminder (gastouder). You can determine yourself, in consultation with the childminder, when your child is cared for.

We provide childcare for children up to 13 years old and work exclusively with qualified childminders who meet strict quality standards. All childminders have a paediatric first aid certificate and receive regular training. The childminder agency knows the childminders personally through regular contact.

You are eligible for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag) because Dichtbij is a recognised childminder agency, registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK). We do not charge registration fees and arrange payments for you.

Dichtbij gastouderbureau mediates within a radius of 20 kilometres around Leerdam. Our childminders are spread throughout this region, which means we can find suitable childcare for many parents in the area. The agency is located at Energieweg 15a in Leerdam.

Dichtbij gastouderbureau is a recognised agency registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK). We meet all legal requirements and are regularly inspected by the GGD (Municipal Health Service). You can consult the inspection reports of our agency and individual childminders via the LRK.

We work in accordance with the Reporting Code on Domestic Violence and Child Abuse. If a childminder suspects that a child is being abused at home, we enter into conversation with the parents. Our childminders receive guidelines for healthy nutrition and work in accordance with our pedagogical policy.

Annually, we check whether childminders' homes are safe, child-friendly, and clean, so that children are cared for in a safe and trusted environment. We regularly evaluate the childminder childcare.

At Kind&co ludens you will find small-scale childminder (gastouder) care in a homely atmosphere, where a maximum of six children are cared for per childminder. This ensures plenty of individual attention and a calm environment. The childminders work according to the Pedagogical Heart of Kind&co ludens and are supported by fixed contact persons from the agency. Parents can easily contact the childminder for personal handovers and can discuss changing times and days by arrangement. The agency mediates between parents and childminders and remains involved throughout the entire care period.

Kind&co ludens has childminders in many municipalities in central Netherlands. Parents can find childminders in their area via the location finder on the website. The service office is located in Houten, but childminders are spread across various places in the region.

Kind&co ludens is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) and has GGD inspection reports that can be viewed online. The organisation meets the new quality requirements for childminder care that will come into effect on 1 July 2026. As a social childcare provider without profit motive, the organisation invests all revenue in the development of children.
