The pedagogical practice is good: the childminder provides emotional safety, stimulates development, and communicates in a warm, trusting manner with the children. There are sufficient toys and the atmosphere is relaxed. The accommodation is safe and appropriately furnished. However, several safety risks were discussed, including a lighter on the outdoor table, a missing stair gate at the attic stairs, outdoor power outlets, and items on a stair tread. The childminder and childminder agencies assessed these risks as acceptable with measures taken, or the childminder addressed them immediately. No recovery offer (herstelaanbod) was necessary. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
