GOB Kiddie Care meets all legal requirements of the Childcare Act and is registered in the National Childcare Register under LRK number 144504509. The agency holds KNGO certification, which means the owner continuously invests in further training and quality improvement. All childminders are thoroughly screened and must meet strict selection criteria: at minimum an MBO-2 diploma in Care & Welfare Assistance, valid first aid diploma, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) for themselves and adult household members, and registration in the Childcare Persons Register.

The agency conducts annual GGD (Municipal Health Service) inspections and submits care data to the Tax Authority. There has been an active parent committee since 2009 that represents parents' interests and advises on quality. Kidko meets all legal requirements of the Childcare Act (Wet Kinderopvang) and is registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) under number 181692363. The bureau has a current GGD inspection report (2025) and holds a complaint-free certificate (2024). All childminders must hold at least a diploma MBO-2 Helpende Zorg en Welzijn and are regularly screened. Kidko carries out annual risk assessments at childminders and provides access to an external complaints committee.
