For €30 per month per family, you get access to an advanced online registration system (TOK) that provides real-time insight into care hours and costs. The agency personally mediates in finding a suitable childminder in your neighbourhood, with attention to your specific wishes and needs. All childminders receive regular coaching by an orthopedagogist to ensure pedagogical quality.

If You're Happy operates nationally throughout the Netherlands. Although the agency is based in Doetinchem, the online working method and automated system make mediation possible throughout the country. Matching takes place based on postcode areas, so parents can always find a childminder in their own neighbourhood or region.

If You're Happy complies with all legal requirements of the Childcare Act (Wet Kinderopvang) and is regularly inspected by GGD Noord Oost Gelderland. The agency is affiliated with the Childcare Complaints Committee sKK / The Disputes Committee and has a complaints procedure. We carry out annual risk assessments and evaluate the childcare with parents and childminders. The agency has a pedagogical policy that all childminders work according to and offers pedagogical support through its own pedagogical staff. We receive annual inspection visits from the GGD.
