Summary

GGD Kennemerland conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 4 February 2025 at childminder Posthuma in Santpoort-Zuid. The childminder provides care through childminder agency ViaViela to a maximum of six children. Almost all areas immediately complied with the law: registration, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, and accommodation. Only in safety and health was there a violation: the risk assessment was not tailored to caring for a baby from 0 years, contained outdated agreements, and smoke detectors were missing on the attic, first floor, and in the hallway. The childminder used the recovery offer, submitted an adjusted risk assessment and photos of installed smoke detectors. The violation has thereby been lifted. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
