This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) provided by Mersmann van Onzenoort in Driehuis NH. The care takes place at the requesting parent's home address via childminder agency ViaViela. The childminder cares for five children (two aged almost 1, one aged 3, one aged 6 and one aged 8) on Mondays and Thursdays. All assessed quality requirements are being met: registration, pedagogical climate, Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and qualification requirements, spaces and safety and health.
