Childminder agency (gastouderbureau) 4Kids works exclusively with childminders (gastouders) who are registered in the National Childcare Register and have been approved by the Municipal Health Service (GGD). Our intermediaries regularly visit the childcare locations to check whether all safety requirements are met. We carry out annual risk assessments and evaluate the childcare with parents and childminders. The agency has a pedagogical policy that all childminders work according to and offers pedagogical support through its own pedagogical staff. We receive annual inspection visits from the GGD.

Gastouderbureau Pollewop offers personal childminder (gastouder) care with finding the right match for your child at its heart. We come to your home for a free intake interview to get to know your wishes and needs. Based on this, we search for at least two suitable childminders for an introduction. After the match, we hold evaluation interviews after 6 weeks and 3 months to ensure the care meets your expectations. Our pedagogical professional observes your child annually and prepares development reports, and when transitioning to primary school you receive a transfer portfolio.

Gastouderbureau Pollewop meets all statutory quality requirements and is registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) under number 904670612. The bureau has had an active parent committee since 2008 with statutory advisory authority on pedagogical policy, quality policy, complaints procedures and price changes. All GGD inspection reports are publicly available via the national register. The national government sets quality requirements for childminder bureaus regarding parental involvement, staff, pedagogical policy, complaints, safety and health — all of which Pollewop meets.
