Gastouderland complies with all requirements of the Childcare Act (Wet Kinderopvang) and is inspected annually by the Municipal Health Service (GGD). All our childminders are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang/LRK) and hold the required diplomas, Child First Aid certificate and Certificate of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG). Adult housemates from 18 years and structural visitors must also have a VOG.

We carry out annual risk assessments for safety and health at the childcare locations and visit childminders at least twice a year. Our consultants check whether the home meets all safety and hygiene requirements. Gastouderland is a member of the Disputes Committee and has both an internal and external complaints procedure.

Bij de hand offers parents flexible childminder (gastouder) care in a homely environment for children aged 0 to 12. The agency matches parents with childminders based on specific wishes and needs, with personal attention and tailored solutions at the heart of the service. Parents receive support with financial administration through the cashier function and can count on help with applying for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag).

Bij de hand is active in the Zwolle-Nunspeet-Apeldoorn-Deventer region. The agency is based in Epe and works with over 250 childminders spread across this region. Parents can find childminders in their immediate area through the agency's online search system.

Bij de hand is a registered childminder agency that is inspected annually by the GGD Noord- en Oost-Gelderland (Municipal Health Service). All childminders hold at least a diploma or experience certificate at MBO-2 level in Helpende (Zorg en) Welzijn (Healthcare and Welfare Assistant) and possess a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). The agency carries out home visits to childminders at least twice a year, one of which includes a risk assessment for safety and health. We apply a fixed monthly fee of €29.50, regardless of the number of childcare hours or children, so you know exactly where you stand. After your choice, we handle the complete contractual processing and tax administration in accordance with the Childcare Act. Our childminders are carefully screened and work according to our pedagogical policy plan.
