Mare Childminder Agency operates nationally with regional placement coordinators spread throughout the Netherlands. The agency has coordinators for Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe, Gelderland and Overijssel, North Holland and North South Holland, Haaglanden, Brabant, Limburg and Zeeland, Utrecht and Gelderland, and South Holland. This regional approach ensures personal contact and local knowledge.

Mare Childminder Agency is registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) under number 160012351 and meets all legal quality requirements. The agency is regularly inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) and no violations were found during the last inspection. All childminders have a Certificate of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG) and are properly linked in the Childcare Persons Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang/PRK). The agency carries out annual risk assessments and spends a minimum of 16 hours per year on guidance per childminder.

Our Thuis-Crèche childminders work in small groups of up to 6 children, so your child receives plenty of personal attention. We offer flexible care hours that fit your work and personal situation, including evenings and weekends. With more than 70 locations in the region, there is always a place available, with no waiting lists. Our consultants guide you in finding the right childminder and support you with the administrative handling.

Welkom Kind is active in the Central and West Brabant region. Our childminders (gastouders) are spread across various municipalities and neighbourhoods, with a concentration in and around Tilburg. We offer care in both urban and rural areas, so parents can always find a childminder nearby.

Welkom Kind has been officially registered with the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) since 2005. Since 2016 we have held the GGD GREEN predicate (low-risk profile), which means the GGD inspection has confidence in our quality and safety. We score well on pedagogical policy and practice, safety and health, complaints handling and compliance with regulations. All childminders (gastouders) are screened and must meet legal requirements, including a Certificate of Conduct (VOG-verklaring) and registration in the Childcare Personnel Register (Persoonsregister Kinderopvang).
