For €30 per month per family, you get access to an advanced online registration system (TOK) that provides real-time insight into care hours and costs. The agency personally mediates in finding a suitable childminder in your neighbourhood, with attention to your specific wishes and needs. All childminders receive regular coaching by an orthopedagogist to ensure pedagogical quality.

If You're Happy operates nationally throughout the Netherlands. Although the agency is based in Doetinchem, the online working method and automated system make mediation possible throughout the country. Matching takes place based on postcode areas, so parents can always find a childminder in their own neighbourhood or region.

If You're Happy complies with all legal requirements of the Childcare Act (Wet Kinderopvang) and is regularly inspected by GGD Noord Oost Gelderland. The agency is affiliated with the Childcare Complaints Committee sKK / The Disputes Committee and has a complaints procedure. A parent committee is active (currently seeking new members) and all inspection reports are publicly accessible. In 2017, the agency received a certificate for complaint-free service provision.

Gastouderbureau Boelie offers personal mediation and guidance for childminder (gastouder) care. You will be assigned a dedicated contact person who knows your situation and will support you throughout your time with Boelie. We help you find a suitable childminder, handle the financial administration, and offer support with any pedagogical challenges. With our online hour registration system, you always have insight into your childcare costs, and we provide an annual overview for the Tax Authority.

Gastouderbureau Boelie has a national service area and is active throughout the Netherlands. We mediate and guide childminder (gastouder) care across the entire country, so parents everywhere in the Netherlands can make use of our services.

Gastouderbureau Boelie operates in accordance with the Childcare Act and has a pedagogical policy plan. Our childminders must meet quality requirements including safety and hygiene. We check the validity of childminder documents (first aid certificate for children, VOG, diploma, proof of identity) and carry out at least two visits per year to the care location. In addition, we conduct the annual Risk Assessment for Safety and Health and are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang).
