The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hart voor Brabant conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 2 February 2026 at childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Jonker-Somers in Uden, on behalf of the municipality of Maashorst. The childminder provides after-school care (BSO) for three children aged 6 to 9 years on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. There is a family relationship: the childminder is the grandmother of the children in her care. The inspection assessed five areas: general quality conditions and compliance, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, accommodation and furnishings, and safety and health. All legal requirements were met in every area. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The childminder demonstrates a warm pedagogical climate, stimulates children's development, and fosters a positive group atmosphere. The advice to the Municipal Executive (College van B&W) is: no enforcement.
