Following a recovery offer, the childminder took measures together with the agency: an action plan, additional guidance and weekly evaluation conversations with parents. At the follow-up inspection on 1 December 2025, the pedagogical practice was sufficient. Other aspects (accommodation, safety, expertise) were in order. The violation has been resolved.
