This is a final inspection report dated 14 May 2025 for the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Mirjam Weergang-Koekkoek at Nieuwe Vaart 18 in Vleuten, brokered by Nanny Service Nederland B.V. The childminder provides care on Wednesdays and Fridays for two children (ages 3 and 6) at the requesting parent's home. During the unannounced annual inspection, the childminder met all assessed requirements across all domains: registration, pedagogical climate, expertise, accommodation, and safety. The pedagogical practice was assessed positively; the childminder creates an emotionally safe environment and stimulates the children's development. The previous inspection in 2023 identified one violation in the pedagogical climate, which was resolved through a recovery offer. No new violations or areas for improvement were identified. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
