Summary

Two shortcomings were initially identified: a cleaning staff member was not registered in the Childcare Persons Register (PRK) and the risk assessment for safety and health was insufficiently tailored to the location (wobbly changing table and missing smoke detector). Both shortcomings were resolved within the 4-week recovery period. The cleaning staff member was registered as of 15 September 2025, a smoke detector was installed and the risk assessment was updated. All other assessed requirements were found to be satisfactory at the time of inspection, including pedagogical quality, accommodation, group composition and backup care.
