This annual inspection report of 17 February 2025 concerns the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Ms. P.P.T. Seuren at Klassenweg 17 in Sevenum. The care takes place in a specially equipped outbuilding behind the residence, for a maximum of 3 children aged 0-4 years. Both the childcare location and the host parent meet all examined requirements of the Childcare Act. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The inspection assessed registration, the pedagogical climate, the host parent's expertise, the accommodation, and safety and health. The host parent holds the required diplomas, a valid first aid certificate, and a certificate of conduct (verklaring omtrent het gedrag/VOG). The risk assessment is up to date, and the host parent is well informed about the reporting code for domestic violence and child abuse. The host parent waived the right to submit a response.
