This inspection report concerns an unannounced annual investigation on 20 November 2025 into the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Jannetje J. de Groot in Hollandsche Rading. The childminder provides care 2 afternoons per week for 4 children aged 5, 6, 9 and 10 years at the parents' home, mediated by childminder agency Krokodilletje. The care complies in all examined domains following a recovery offer. The childminder demonstrates a supportive presence and offers the children emotional security. One violation was identified regarding the risk assessment: the attic windows were not secured and this risk was not described. Following a recovery offer, the childminder remedied this by indicating that the youngest children do not go to the attic and the oldest children understand that they must not remove the screen. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
