Only in the area of pedagogical climate was there a violation: the childminder occasionally left a 10-year-old child home alone when dropping off other children, without this being documented in policy. Following a recovery offer, the childminder has formally documented this together with the agency in writing and committed that this will not happen again. The violation has thereby been lifted. The GGD advises against enforcement action.
