An unannounced incidental inspection was carried out on 2 September 2025 at the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Saskia van den Bogaart in Schijndel, following a report. The care accommodates 8 children on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and is registered with childminder agency Kids@home. The childminder meets the quality requirements for registration, cooperation, pedagogical climate, and requirements for the childminder. Two violations were identified in the area of accommodation and premises (unsafe sleeping area in attic and smell of smoke in play area) and one violation regarding safety and health (outdated risk assessment with various safety risks such as insufficient outdoor supervision, unshielded radiators, and accessible dangerous cutlery). The childminder made use of the recovery offer. During the second visit on 23 September 2025, all violations were found to be resolved.
