At Gastouderbureau de Veenborg, we believe personal attention and small-scale care are essential. We deliberately choose a small-scale approach because we want to know our childminders (gastouders) and their family members well, and we make regular home visits. Our many years of experience and knowledge of the Groningen area enable us to respond effectively to your individual childcare needs. The wellbeing of the children and the wishes of parents are at the heart of our approach.

Gastouderbureau de Veenborg provides childminder care (gastouderopvang) throughout the province of Groningen. All care locations are within a maximum of thirty minutes' drive from our office in Kolham. We are active in various towns in the region, including Kolham, Slochteren, Groningen, and Hoogezand.

Gastouderbureau de Veenborg is a recognised and registered bureau under the Childcare Act (Wet Kinderopvang). All childminders are inspected by the GGD (municipal health service) and have a unique registration number in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang). We have an internal complaints procedure in accordance with statutory requirements and offer parents the opportunity to join the parent committee. To date, the Disputes Committee has never handled a complaint about our bureau.
