Almost all quality requirements were found to be in order immediately: registration, pedagogical climate, expertise, accommodation and reporting procedures. There was one violation: loose paving stones in the garden creating a tripping hazard for children, while the risk assessment prescribed that loose tiles must be repaired immediately. The childminder received a recovery offer and demonstrated within one day that the tiles had been repaired. The report concludes that all requirements are now met. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
