Summary

This inspection report concerns an investigation for registration of the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Grönefeld Schoeman at Geraniumstraat 88 in Enschede. The care is provided through childminder agency 4Kids and focuses on before- and after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 years, three days per week on a flexible basis. The inspection was carried out by GGD Twente on behalf of the municipality of Enschede. All assessed conditions regarding registration, pedagogical climate, requirements for the host parent, accommodation, and safety and health are met. No violations were identified. The host parent holds the required diplomas and certificates, including first aid for children. Some minor safety measures were identified in the risk assessment (smoke detector in utility room and socket covers), but these have already been addressed by the host parent and requesting parent within the set timeframe. The supervisor advises registration in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) with 6 childcare places.
