ViaViela offers extensive support in applying for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag). Childminder care through ViaViela is formal care, which means parents are entitled to childcare benefit from the Tax Authority. The agency explains the conditions parents must meet, such as working, studying, or following an integration programme.
