Summary

Childminder agency (gastouderbureau) Happy in Bergeijk was inspected by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Brabant-Zuidoost on 12 December 2025. The agency, established in 2006, provides childminder care (gastouderopvang) in the Kempen and Eindhoven region with 26 registered childminders. Almost all areas comply with legislation and regulations, including registration, pedagogical policy, safety and health, parental rights, and quality assurance. There was one violation: the agency could not demonstrate that each childminder receives at least 16 hours of guidance and mediation annually. The holder was given a recovery offer and submitted sufficient improvements on 23 December 2025. The violation has thereby been resolved. The pedagogical policy plan (from 2019) and complaints procedure (from 2016) are outdated and must be revised by July 2026. A discrepancy in the holder name between registers was also corrected. The GGD advises no enforcement.
