Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland conducted an annual inspection on 9 December 2025 at after-school care (BSO) Fris! Kinderdagverblijven Sport BSO-WSV in Apeldoorn. The location, situated at sports complex De Voorwaarts, is open three afternoons per week with 33 childcare places. The inspection included document review, site visit and interviews with staff members. All assessed statutory requirements were met in the domains of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and safety and health. The pedagogical practice was assessed positively: staff members show warm attentiveness, respect children's autonomy and provide emotional safety. All employees hold the correct diplomas, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and are correctly registered in the personnel register. The staff-to-child ratio was sufficient. The domestic violence reporting protocol and the duty to report, consult and file were also well implemented. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
