We have an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act and work with a reporting code for domestic violence and child abuse. Our childminders are carefully screened and must meet all requirements, including a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), paediatric first aid and pedagogical diplomas.
