Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) at Ferwerda Spronkers in Jisp. The childminder/host parent provides care for her grandchildren on Mondays and alternating Thursday mornings. The inspection was carried out by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Zaanstreek-Waterland on behalf of the municipality of Wormerland. No shortcomings were identified during the investigation. The childminder/host parent complies with all legal requirements regarding registration, pedagogical climate, expertise, accommodation, safety and health. She holds the required diplomas, certificates and certificates of conduct (verklaringen omtrent het gedrag). The risk assessment is in order and the childminder/host parent is familiar with the reporting code for domestic violence and child abuse. The advice to the municipal executive is positive: include in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang).
