Erve Tuindorp is a unique location of Parbédie offering daycare for children from 0 to 4 years old in horizontal groups. Our daycare center is located at Tuindorpstraat 126 in Hengelo in the Tuindorp neighborhood. The location stands out with its animals, abundant greenery and spacious outdoor areas where children can play and explore freely. We focus on each individual child and provide a safe and stimulating environment where children can develop optimally. The horizontal group structure means children are grouped by age: Dolphins (0-1 year), Turtles (1-2 years), Goldfish (2-3 years) and Frogs (3-4 years). For the oldest children we work with the VVE program Uk&Puk to prepare them for primary school. Summary
Kinderdagverblijf Erve Tuindorp (Parbédie) in Hengelo underwent its annual unannounced inspection by GGD Twente on 14 January 2025. All assessed topics within the chapters Pedagogical Climate and Staff and Groups meet statutory requirements. The pedagogical policy plan is current, provides concrete group descriptions, and is followed in practice. Observations show a safe, positive and stimulating environment: staff respond sensitively, provide structure, stimulate development, engage in respectful interactive contact, and fulfil a clear role-modelling function. All present staff hold the required diplomas, Certificates of Good Conduct (VOG) and language certificates; the personnel register is correct and up-to-date. Staff-child ratios were in order in all five core groups on the inspection day, including correct deployment of trainees. The pedagogical policy worker is deployed according to the statutory calculation rules (645 hours for 2025) and coaching takes place structurally. Previous shortcomings (2023) have been resolved and have not recurred since.
