About this care
Eigen&Wijzer BSO Het Buitenbos is located in the heart of the beautiful nature of Hollandsche Rading, on the grounds of primary school De Bosbergschool at Dennenlaan 59. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 in a small-scale setting. Our pedagogical staff give each child individual attention and guide them in discovering their talents.
Our natural surroundings are our greatest asset: the forest is literally our backyard. Children go tracking, play games, walk and have picnics here. We teach them to experience, observe and appreciate nature. Nature experience is central every day.
Our activity program is broad and child-focused: sports and games, cooking, science and creative activities. Children help think about the program themselves, which stimulates ownership and self-reliance. After school they can relax here while their development continues naturally.
We work closely with parents and De Bosbergschool, ensuring a smooth transition from school to after-school care. Our location is open every school day from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.Read more
