• The resident child turning 18 in September 2025 must be registered in the Childcare Persons Register before that time

Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation of childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Druiventak in Ridderkerk, carried out by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Rotterdam-Rijnmond on 22 April 2025. The host parent is moving from another address and wishes to offer six childcare places. The care had not yet started at the time of the investigation. Most quality requirements were found to be in order, including registration, host parent qualifications, accommodation, and the domestic violence reporting protocol. There was one point of attention: the safety and health risk assessment was insufficiently tailored to the new care address. This was discussed with the host parent and the childminder agency, which will provide a new version. The inspector does not see this as an obstacle to starting the care provision.
