About this care
Welcome to Doomijn BSO Schellerpark, where adventure and nature come together! Our after-school care is located in the unique 'Schellerhoeve' neighborhood farm, right next to primary schools Phoenix and Octopus in Zwolle. With three professional base groups, we provide nature-oriented care for 48 children aged 4 to 12 years.
Outdoor life is a grand adventure with us. Children care for our rabbits, goats, chickens, and donkeys together. They learn to grow vegetables and fruits in our own garden and experience the seasons up close. We are outside whenever possible, with walks through Schellerpark, exciting hide-and-seek games among the bushes, or creative constructions with natural materials.
Our pedagogical staff guide children in their free play and organize fun activities that match their interests. We work with themes that expand the child's world, from caring for our farm animals to discovering insects in our vegetable garden. Together we learn from and with each other, in a safe and challenging environment where fun comes first.
BSO Schellerpark is more than just after-school care. We are a place where children can be who they are, where they can discover what they enjoy, and where they learn to interact with the nature around them. Together we make every day special!Read more
