Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Donselrijk in Oene, part of Stichting Koppel-Swoe, was inspected on 14 July 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland. The unannounced annual inspection took place on a day with 3 children present (1 baby) and 1 professional staff member with group assistance. The location meets all assessed quality requirements: pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation and parental rights. The pedagogical practice demonstrated sensitive, responsive care with good child tracking. However, one point of attention was identified: ivy and thorny shrubs in the outdoor area pose a safety risk. The thorns were removed immediately; the ivy remains a point of attention that the operator will discuss with the neighbours. There are no violations or recovery offers (herstelaanbod). The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
