KDV Kanjers

Kindercentrum Kanjers is centrally located on Sint Crusiusweg in the Vegtelarij district of Epe, right next to OBS De Gildeschool. We provide daycare (KDV) for children aged 0–4 in two vertical groups called ‘Banjers’ and ‘Boeffies’. In addition, we run a combined toddler care / playgroup named ‘Bikkels’ for children aged 2–4. Our daycare is open five days a week from 07:00 to 18:00; early or extended care can be arranged on request. Our premises feature spacious, bright group rooms that are furnished to suit the age and developmental stage of the children. Qualified, certified pedagogical staff give each child the individual attention and care they need. The vertical grouping allows children of different ages to learn from and with one another, fostering social development. Outdoors we have a safe, green playground where children can run, explore and play to their hearts’ content every day. We regularly use the adjacent schoolyard of De Gildeschool and the nearby grass field. Together with the school we organise joint toddler/preschool mornings and reading visits from grade 8, so children become familiar with the primary-school environment at an early age. In short, at KDV Kanjers we offer a home-like, secure and stimulating environment in which every child can develop at his or her own pace.
