Welcome to De Boshut 't Woud, our small-scale daycare center located at Boslaan 38 in Zuidhorn. Since January 2023, we provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 127382379. We are part of De Boshut childcare, an organization active in Zuidhorn since 2018 with multiple locations. At 't Woud, everything revolves around creating a safe, homely environment where your child feels completely at home. Our dedicated childcare professionals see every child and provide tailored care and attention. We work with horizontal groups, where children are grouped by age. Summary
De Boshut 't Woud in Zuidhorn is a toddler daycare (peuteropvang) for a maximum of 16 children aged 2-4 years, located in temporary premises on the grounds of primary school De Brug. The annual Municipal Health Service (GGD) Groningen inspection showed that the location meets most quality requirements. One violation was identified: the VVE training plan insufficiently described how staff knowledge and skills regarding component e (substantive alignment between preschool and early childhood education) would be maintained. Following a recovery offer, this shortcoming has been resolved and the location now meets all requirements. The GGD advises the municipality of Westerkwartier not to take enforcement measures. The toddler daycare uses the Peuterplein programme and employs qualified staff.
