Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 12 May 2026 at after-school care (BSO) Dak O3 in 's-Gravenhage. The after-school care (BSO), part of Stichting DAK kindercentra, accommodates up to 90 children aged 4 to 12 years in the premises of the Jan van Nassauschool. The location complies with legislation and regulations on almost all points examined. The pedagogical climate is positive: children play together respectfully and practice aligns with policy. Personnel matters, safety, health and handling suspicions of child abuse are also in order. However, one violation has been identified: the mandatory parent committee is missing.
