Summary
This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) with Clijsen van Hees at Laan van Tongerlo 32 in Alphen. The childminder, who is already known in the national register, wishes to provide care at the home address of the requesting parents 2 days per week for up to 6 children aged 0-12 years, affiliated with childminder agency De Vlinder. The inspection on 11 November 2025 included document review, site visit and interviews with the childminder and requesting parents. All investigated domains meet the legal requirements: general terms and conditions, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, accommodation and safety and health. The childminder holds the required diploma, first aid certificate and certificate of conduct. No violations were identified. The only point of attention is the minimally active knowledge of the domestic violence reporting protocol and the mandatory reporting, consultation and disclosure obligations; it has been agreed that the childminder will study these further. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises positively on registration and permission to operate from 1 February 2026.
