The Municipal Health Service (GGD) investigation on 14 October 2025 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Christelijke Kinderopvang BijMarij in Zoetermeer was a follow-up investigation into a previously identified violation. During the annual inspection on 26 June 2025, it had become apparent that no parent committee had been established and that parents had not been actively involved in a price change. In this follow-up investigation, it was determined that the location now complies with statutory requirements. The holder actively approached parents to form a parent committee through personal conversations and newsletters. Additionally, a separate newsletter and questionnaire were sent out in connection with the recent price change to consult parents, which is considered sufficient alternative engagement. No new violations or areas for improvement were identified.
