About this care
At Daycare Center Carpe Diem in The Hague, there is a place for every child. Active, quiet, with a disability or an allergy. At Carpe Diem, fun, play, growth and development are central. The organisation believes that children learn best and develop most in a safe and stimulating environment. The team of experienced childcare professionals ensures that every child receives the attention and care they need.
There are vertical groups and a separate baby group. Vertical groups mirror family composition, making it possible for a child to remain in the same group for their entire time there. There is a separate baby group for infants who prefer this. Carpe Diem follows the sleep routine of the parents and child; there is no fixed schedule that applies to all children.
At Carpe Diem, the Uk and Puk programme is used to provide guidance for themes and activities. This comprehensive programme offers activities for every age group to promote development.
Care is available in full or half days, with a minimum of two half days applying in the case of half-day care.
At Carpe Diem, it is considered important that parents feel involved in their child's development. Therefore, the team communicates regularly with parents and offers opportunities for feedback and involvement. Carpe Diem is convinced that good cooperation between parents and staff contributes to the optimal development of the children. Interested families are invited to come and take a look at the facility and experience what Carpe Diem has to offer.Read more
