Summary

BSO Wiplala in Noord-Scharwoude, part of Stichting Allente opvang, was inspected on 13 July 2026 by GGD Hollands Noorden on behalf of municipality Dijk en Waard. This was an unannounced incidental investigation following a report about the temporary care of two after-school care (BSO) groups due to renovation at sister location BSO Krullevaar. The inspection assessed the staff-to-child ratio and accommodation requirements for the temporary expansion from 34 to 50 childcare places. All assessed requirements have been met. The location has sufficient indoor and outdoor play space and staffing levels are adequate. The inspector advises the municipality to reject the request for a change in the National Childcare Register (LRK), as the situation is temporary (maximum 4 weeks). In their response, the holder acknowledges that the report was not filed in a timely manner and expresses appreciation for the cooperation.
