About this care
BSO Doerak is located in the heart of Luttenberg, in the former kindergarten building of primary school Esmoreit. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. After school, it’s time to enjoy and go on adventures. The children decide what they want to do during these free hours – it’s their time, so it’s their fun!
Inside, children can play, read, do puzzles, and craft to their heart’s content. Everything is possible here. We have two base groups that work together on fun projects and activities. The spaces are bright, homely, and offer all the possibilities to be creative or just relax with a book.
Outside, there is a large, green playground where children can play to their heart’s content. We also regularly go into the forest and to the nearby amphitheater. Playing in nature makes children happy and offers endless opportunities for discovery and adventure. After school, it’s great to be outside and burn off energy.
BSO Doerak is part of Kinderopvang KOOS. We work closely with primary school Esmoreit, ensuring a smooth transition from school to after-school care. - Sufficient attention is paid to safety: allergy action list present, windows open for ventilation, first aid/emergency response bag with evacuation plan, and refrigerator checked for expiration dates
- An adult with a valid first aid certificate is always present
- Mentorship is well organized and parents are informed about this during intake
Summary
The annual investigation of after-school care (BSO) Doerak in Luttenberg, part of organization KOOS, was conducted on 30 March 2026 by Municipal Health Service (GGD) IJsselland. The location provides after-school care (BSO) and daycare (dagopvang) to 35 children in the former school building of primary school Esmoreit.
