Summary
This inspection report concerns BSO Vijverhof in Leidschendam, an after-school care (buitenschoolse opvang/BSO) for a maximum of 22 children (ages 4-12) operated by Stichting Vlietkinderen. The location has been registered since 6 January 2026, but no active childcare is currently taking place. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) identified one violation in the domain of 'Changes': despite multiple extensions and repeated contact with the municipality, the permit holder failed to submit a change notification to amend or terminate the registration when it became apparent that the start date was postponed several times. The definitive start date has now been set for 26 October 2026. The permit holder acknowledges the situation but maintains that they were in prior contact with the municipality on each occasion and assumed that the extensions would be processed correctly. The GGD advises enforcement in accordance with the enforcement policy.
