About this care
BSO 't Pieck is an after-school care facility located at Anton Pieckplein 71 in Drunen. We provide before and after school care for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our team is led by district manager Angelique Venrooy. The location has a maximum capacity of 24 children and has been registered in the National Childcare Register since January 20, 2020. BSO 't Pieck is part of Stichting Mikz kinderopvang.
Children can come to us for care outside school hours. We offer a safe and familiar environment where children can play, relax and learn new things. Our pedagogical staff regularly organize creative activities, such as art workshops where children are challenged to work with different materials and techniques.

GGD Hart voor Brabant conducted an unannounced incidental inspection at after-school care (BSO) 't Pieck in Drunen on 12 March 2026, on behalf of the municipality of Heusden. The inspection focused on the application to expand the number of childcare places from 24 to 29. The inspection assessed the general conditions, pedagogical climate and accommodation. The location meets the statutory quality requirements in all areas. The indoor play space (103.43 m²) and outdoor play space amply meet the standards. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The holder did not make use of the opportunity to submit a response.
