Summary

Sportify Kids location Jump in Grootebroek is an after-school care facility (BSO) for children aged 4 to 13 years with 22 places. During the unannounced inspection on 21 April 2026, one violation was identified: a child was being cared for without a valid written agreement. The agreement was only due to take effect on 12 May 2026, whilst the child was already attending settling-in sessions. The provider disputed in their response that no agreement was in place; they state that the agreement start date was 1 April 2026 and the payment date was 12 May 2026. On all other sections (pedagogical climate, staff, safety, accommodation, parental rights) the location complies with legislation and regulations. The pedagogical practice shows strong points: personal attention for children, recognisable routines and good knowledge of individual children. The accommodation is more than adequate with 112 m² indoor space and extensive outdoor play area. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality to enforce.
